Amber Hinetekowhai 2013

Kiaora! I’m a Stay-at-home , work-from-home MUM of 6 children, living in the beautiful West Coast of Aotearoa NZ, NP, Taranaki.

I am an Early Childhood Educator by trade and a part time tutor in Te Reo Maori , ECE and Upcycled clothing. Along the way, Relaxation massage and Homeopathy have made their home through my hands.

When I’m not knee deep in fingerpaint or clay at New Plymouth Playcentre , you’ll see me sitting on the floor at a La Leche League , Active Birth or Breastfeeding support meeting and then on the weekends you might see me disappear into a bin full of pre-loved clothing at the Hospice Op shop where I volunteer on Saturdays.

I feel like I’ve been training for Entrepreneurship since having my first born nearly 13 years ago. If You are a parent – you might know what I’m saying – you’re always on the look out for better ,more efficient, more sustainable ways to manage and provide for your family AND ways to sustain our beautiful environment.

I’ve always had a vivid imagination or open mind about life in general, never letting people talk me down or tell me I couldn’t do the things I dreamed of doing. I’ve always asked ” is there another way? There’s GOT to be another way?’
I SO believe in every situation there is ALWAYs a choice and ultimately a solution!

So here, in this community, if you wish to entertain, imagine, believe that your dreams, thoughts , aspirations could become a reality – I’ll help you find the tools to make it happen!
